Richard de Laat is a partner at De Advocaten van Van Riet. He handles all the legal issues associated with project and regional development. Within the property practice, he also focuses mainly on types of municipal ownership – including owners’ association law – and healthcare-related property. Richard successfully completed the ‘immovable property’ course offered by the Grotius Academy. He publishes frequently and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences. He also teaches and, last but not least, he is a seasoned litigator.
