Mats joined De Advocaten van Van Riet's companies section in 2022. He initially joined De Advocaten van Van Riet as a student intern and discovered his enthusiasm for the corporate-law section. Among other things, Mats's day-to-day work includes assisting bankruptcy trustees with settling bankruptcies. He also earned his master's of law degree from Tilburg University in 2022, where his focus had been on commercial law practice: contract law and liability law. Mats is pragmatic, quality-oriented and enjoys digging into large-scale cases to get the best result.
