Harke Plas has been a lawyer since 2002 and is a partner at De Advocaten van Van Riet. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, group structures and the related governance issues, as well as in corporate-law disputes. Harke acts as a sparring partner for companies, managing directors and regulators. He quickly masters complex cases and has no problem standing up to the opposition when a situation calls for it. His persuasiveness is one of his most important tools.
