Administrative law

We advise and conduct litigation on behalf of both private and public parties with regard to, among other things, the granting of permits, subsidy decisions, and enforcement and supervision.

Administrative law

General administrative law and procedural administrative law are continuously developing, on the one hand because of case law rendered by courts on issues such as scarce permits and the principle of legitimate expectations, and on the other as a result of new legislation, such as the amended Public Administration (Probity Screening) Act and the Open Government Act (which is the proposed successor to the Government Information (Public Access) Act). We have many years’ experience advising and litigating on behalf of both private and public parties regarding issues such as the granting of licences and permits, including operating and pavement café licences), subsidy decisions, enforcement and supervision and keeping close tabs on administrative law in general. This puts us in an ideal position to assist you in this field.
