Apartment law is complex because it encompasses both property law and the law of associations, as well as dozens of specific procedures.
Because it encompasses both property law and the law of associations, as well as dozens of specific procedures, apartment law is one of the most complex areas of property law. Given the years of experience we have gained in our practice in apartment law, it is no surprise that we feel right at home in this field.
As one of the founders of Stichting VvERecht.nl (The VvERecht Foundaition), a platform for laws pertaining to owners’ associations, we contribute to developing a legal database for lawyers, civil-law notaries, judges and other legal services providers, as well as to keeping that database publicly accessible.
